George McGovern. He lost. Meanwhile. I have always been a fan of Janis Joplin. No one else can compare. My lovely, dear, dear friend Shamsi comes damn close though.Movies
I can honestly say one of the greatest films I have ever seen is "the Godfather". I'm not obsessive about it, but I never get tired of seeing it.Television

Heroism is a funny thing. My first reaction is to say the vets who faught in WWII are certainly heroes. I started feeling this way after my first viewing of "Band of Brothers". Curahee!
