About Eight Arms To Hold You - A Tribute To The Beatles

Eight Arms To Hold You has been playing together since 2003. We maintain extreme loyalty to the style The Beatles brought to the stage during their tours in the mid-60s and on the rooftop in 1969. Rather than following the exact nature of The Beatles albums and performing songs as they sounded in the studio, we attempt to recreate what you probably would've heard live in the early years, as well as in the later 60s had The Beatles actually played live shows during those years.
We play all of The Beatles' songs. However, while we do follow the early rock 'n' roll as The Beatles would have played those songs live, we mix an authentic vocal and instrumental sound with a heavier edge on some of the later hits. In addition, we are trying to add more and more original material to the mix as time goes on. So, if you catch an original at a show, tell us what you think! ;-) Thx!
