IT'S THE CLOSEST THING TO AN ACTUAL VENUE TO PRACTICE IN YOU'LL FIND!

The 8 BALL STUDIO is a practice facility for Musicians by Musicians/Audio Engineers.
It would also be a great place for exhibitions, rehersals, photo/video-shoots etc.
We're open to suggestions.

It's spacious 130sq meters (16x8meters) is suited to both acoustic & re-enforced sound.

Situated 15minutes from Aucklands CBD & 15minutes from Henderson it is idealy placed for ease of access from across all of Auckland for location map CLICK HERE.

Plenty of off-street parking is available (Parking for 54 vehicles).

Adjacent to Retail outlets (4 shops with 10pm closing for takeaway food).

A refrigerator is also available to help keep your drinks etc cool.

An 8channel 200w per channel Vocal P.A. with mics & cabling is provided.

3hrs REPEAT BOOKING TIME-SLOTS @ $40, ONE-OFF @ $50

Bands/artists etc that commit to regular repeat bookings will be able to hire the facility at the same rate for a year even though we may increase our prices.

All proceeds from hireage (less costs) will be used to upgrade the facilities, so you will be able to see where your money is being spent & be able to take advantage of them!
