In 14th Century Japan, Ninja were hired by Japanes clans to undertake dealings that were thought to be dishonorable and against the Bushido' or 'Samurai Code'. These tasks ranged from espionage and scouting to assassination and guerilla warefare. The ninja or shinobi, prospered and were revered as formidable opponents, although they lacked any kind of structure and were essentially mercenaries.
In 2009, it became evident that the music industry was unable to provide the masses with so-called 'innovative music' and thus the 8-Bit Ninjas were formed, tasked with the saviour of our ears by tactics that may be considered unorthodox, or even dishonorable. These practices include the use of 80s videogame consoles as musical instruments, the tampering with electrical circuitry within old toy keyboards and the cross-genre pollenation of chip music and acoustic instruments.
We have yet to see if the 8-Bit Ninjas will complete their mission, we can only wish them godspeed and good fortune on their treacherous path...

I like this. Lots. I want to take it home with me and carry it around in a little box full of musical joy. This has pleased my ears. How do I tell my friends? Hades gives one big thumb up.
