9.0.9 originally started as a small jam between drummer Tom Walsh and neighbour and childhood friend Kie Jones. After several of these sessions, they decided to try and go for it as a band under the guise of "The Influence of Deacon". At this point, Tom's best friend Joe Hazlett offered to join their band as vocalist and guitarist. Joe was already an accomplished guitarist and singer and had been the front man of several bands.
9.0.9's music is experimental and strong. It is fresh music combined with all different genres in the musical world.
The band can be contacted via e-mail or on msn messenger:

no spacific venues in mind like but it would be great if we could play together again. We got our 1st gig at the casa club.. its only quite a small back room like but its quite good we could proberbly try and sort somthing out there? unless you have any ideas?
