About me:
I am a journalist by day and restless creative dreamer by night.
My editing day job keeps me on my toes, but after hours I wrestle with abounding interests: reading books on the Middle East, spirituality and mythology, trying to stay fit and schmoozing around town with friends.
My weekend treats include blueberry pancakes with a side of Globe and Mail or the New York Times. Mmmmm… fresh fruit and news. Only a journalist would drool over such a combo.
Alison trivia: I am 1/2 of a rare statistic in Canada; I married my high school sweetheart AKA Adam O, the king of graphic design -- my constant inspiration and creative counterpart.
