The Reese-Beaux Arts Park was promised to the City of Pinellas Park by City Manager Ron Forbes in 1993. Over 6 months have passed since Tom Reese the owner and operator of Beaux Arts has passed, and there is no park, nor memorial. But there could be, if we try. Who I'd like to meet:
Artists and friends of Beaux Arts both local and far, who think Tom Reese made incredible contributions to the local Art scene, and think he deserves a park at the origional Beaux Arts site.
