Hello. My name is J and i'm a myspaceaholic. I'm not quite sure what keeps bringing me back here . But perhaps its similar to what brought you here as well? A few other things about myself:I'm a humanitarian, but i'm too squeamish to be a nurse and not quite ready to be a goodwill ambassador to the U.N. I used to be a nanny, though I look nothing like Fran Drescher or Scarlett Johansson. I love children and I believe adults can learn just as much from them as they can from us. I also sincerly believe educators are underpaid and underappreciated . I think singers are overrated and musicians are underrated.Habla un poquito del espanol, pero muy mal, lo siento .
In addition to my myspace addcition , im addicted to the feeling of warm sand between my toes , and the sensation of the tide's oceanspray and waves gently crashing over me.(If I lay really still in bed the nite after a visit to the beach , sometimes I can still feel the very same sensation ).I happen to be a recovering insomniac , and a one time english major who is currently the reighning typo queen!, but i'm working on it.I love the color ,'The Color Purple', 'Purple Rain' and all genres of film and music . I always thought I would outgrow having a favorite color, but alas some things about a person never change. I enjoy meeting people from all backgrounds and walks of life. I love to travel to different cities, because theres nothing like visiting a new city for the first time. I work seasonaly for Walt Disney World Resort .(Theres nothing like comp theme park tickets!) I am a former double sociology and photography major and would love to return to school to study again someday. For now though I am content being a field interviewer for one of the largest Social Science Research Organizations in the country.Its very fulfiling and rewarding, not to mention heaps more interesting then being stuck inside a cubicle all day . I also work part time as a data collector for the Media and Marketing firm Star Research and Technology which I enjoy almost as much :)I used to be a germaphobic, and still am to some degree.I still collect fortune cookies like I did when I was a little girl .And I do believe that good will ultimatly triumph over evil. (Blame it on all those effing Disney Movies.)( I seem to have a thing for putting sentences in parenthesis as well.) I could go on forever, but theres so much more to defining a person than just words.Besides, the definition of 'me' is constantly changing anyway . So i'll keep you posted . To be continued...
