I thought I should let you know that Sadhguru Jaggi Vasudev, the founder of Isha Foundation will be in London on June 13th for a book signing event.
He will give a 45 minute talk and take a Q & A session followed by a book signing of his new book Midnights with the Mystic.
This event is FREE and will start promptly at 7.30pm on Friday 13th June.

Hello to all my friends,
I'm gonna do a fake blog(this Chinese cpu will not let me deal with my blog) here letting you all know what's happenin here in Beijing.
I arrived here on Friday 5th July and was met by my bredrin Paul Norman Anthony Wycliffe Charles Esq.
We drove back to the school and then straight out to the sauna place,got my butt naked and showered and sauna'd and then was given a scrub(Chinese style)buck naked(by a bloke)
All good tho,it's their style(I'm not gay or owt like).Then back to the bedroom in the parlour and got a 1 and a half hour massage which absolutely smashed it(no sleaze).
We got to kip about 7.30am after breakfast and kipped til about 2pm,went back to the school and off out to the Silk market.
Nuff cheap stuffs.
Then off to Paul's place for an izza....sweet.
Earlyish night(I beat yer mate at Tiger Woods on PS2-I am the king of PS golf).
Yesterday we went to Hong Qiao market,then back to silk market to give some dvd's of Charlie on tv to his mates.It pissed it down today but it was a good thing cos it's HOT here, so it cooled down.
We went back to the school,via th sauna for a shower, adn off out drinking.
We went to the Hollywood bar then off to Hou Hai(as in Hou Hai Hou HAi it's off to work we fly) a beautiful romantic area by a bed of water fior drinking and eating.
We met a drunk Chinese couple-very funny,then off to a club for hip hop dance...banter and here I am right here right now at sick o clock(7am Sun morn)in an internet cafe writing this.

We should all take a leaf out of the Chinese's book and behave much more humanely to each other. Londoner's have to chill out.

25/06/07.Hullo evryone who decides to visit my page.
I am going to Beijing in less than 2 weeks and am buzzin for it.
Enuff massage and sauna action...strictly for health purposes.My shoulders need a good seeing to.
I am nearly at the end of my twice a day for 40 days Shambhavi Maha Mudra, after I will have to just do it once a day for 6 months(or really the rest of my natural born life).
I am beginning to understand what yoga is...beginning to,after practising various types for 5 years.
This is deep.A little bit like the mines of Minolta.

Life is so beautiful at the moment and it is all down to Inner Management!
I just finished volunteering for the latest Inner Engineering course which finished on the 12th June.
I have only just completed the course two weeks ago and I am telling you it is the real deal.
The most experiential course I have witnessed in all my 36 years inhabiting this body.
Please check out www.ishafoundation.org and check out what they're doing. It will blow your mind.
Sadhguru is a realised master for real and any chance of getting involved with this wonderful foundation is not to be missed.
It's not a religion...it's a science(and I don't mean scientology).
We have been given a gift being here right now and it is up to us to make our world a wonderful place to live in.

12/05/07.Howsa friends,
I just won an Omaha tourney and I won all of $9.My two eps of The Bill were on this week and overall I was pleased. I learnt a lot from watching myself. ( What worked,what didn't).
My agent was chuffed about it. Being the guest lead was pretty cool. My first one so far.
Been watching series 6 of 24 and I am loving what Peter MacNicol is doing. What an actor. I watch these series to get tips as well as the entertainment factor.
Well I hope you enjoyed The Bill if you saw it,if not I may stick some clips soon for your enjoyment(intentional or not).
