Phantom Manor was started in May 2003 by Chicago musician/engineers Mike Lust and Jay Dandurand (Tight Phantomz,Lustre King) as a natural progression to Noizefloor, an analog basement studio Lust founded in 1999 with then-partner Gabe Dorosz (Lo Magnifica). The aim was simple; to offer quality analog recording to bands and artists on a limited budget. These days Phantom Manor, located in the Humboldt Park neighborhood of Chicago, offers both 2" 24 Track and Digidesign Pro Tools compatability.
