Here Begins The Tale of Woe Of the Slightly Bruised Apple. He began life As Happy as could be. Growing next to all his family (including granny smith) in a small orchard in the paradise that is slough! (If you’re from slough then I am serious, if not...). Anyway life was so good for our friend as he grew and grew but it all went so horribly wrong during a freak accident during harvesting. He Fell Near a 15ft Sheer drop from the tree to the hard ground bellow sustaining a slight bruising on his left side. But it gets Worse..... After His Frightful Fall the Slightly Bruised Apple Was Ignored while he lay crying and injured on the rough and unforgiving ground. Mustering up all the strength from his glucose rich body he managed to roll himself onto the streets where slept rough under doorsteps. He met 'to somewhat misshapen lemon' whilst roaming the streets and they teamed up to try make good of the world. Unfortunately they where ignored and discredited because of their abnormalities. It was then I found them, alone, destitute and with nowhere to go. I had to make a choice. I could only afford to take in one of them so I decided to take in the slightly bruised apple as the lemon was a bit sour! Anyway Once I got the Slightly Bruised Apple Home I let him stay in the laundry closet while I waited on him hand and foot day and night trying to get him back to full health (he is very high maintenance). I wanted to release him back into the wild to be free and play with his apple friends. However after a few days a discovered that his bruising was not healing and in fact getting worse. At that instant my dreams were shattered and I knew my little friend would never be released and would have to spend the rest of his short life with me until he rots away. I have decided to try and make what time he has left as enjoyable as possible for him and set up this profile so he could see how many people appreciate him.
