Who I'd like to meet:
I think I've found a Playmate + Prayermate + Primate
A Renaissance Man or someone who dabbles in most things.
For friends, I choose people who are open, accepting, loving, inviting and interesting/weird. Most people I spend time with are very different from me, but there's a core of common values - even if their religion and/or politics are different than mine. Most of my people are "good" rather than "neutral" or truly "evil".
Hey, did you know that Vampires are "out" and Zombies are "in"? Oops, lost another finger. Super glue is great!
Check out the song playing. Someone said the following to me after I performed it in a filk circle, "You take this to a level of creepy that JK could never achieve". Imagine this - a "Valley Girl" in the character of stalker-mad scientist. Now, check out the song again.
OK, I know I have a strange sense of humor, hee-hee.
