About me:

Hi. My name is Aly. And my ego will crush you. And so will my mental inability to support you. I don't believe in myself enough to spend a summer away from my girlfriend in Atlantic City, because nothing good happens in Jersey, and a few select people know that. I'm not a great friend, you could tell if you knew that I am in the middle of repairing the friendships that I've completely and utterly demolished over the past 6 months. I'm trying to be a better person. But I have no way to tell if I'm succeeding.
Photobucket I'm an aspiring musician. I taught myself how to play guitar and piano, though I'm still working on both. (I've played guitar so much in the past 2 weeks, that my fingers have bled.) And by the end of the year I'll have hopefully learned how to play the ukulele. My goal is to be able to play all of Nevershoutnever!'s songs by the end of next summer. I sing, but I don't really know how great I am. All I have to go off of is the opinions of a few close friends and my mom, but she's obligated to think the best of me no matter what. I like to think that sometime in the near future I'll have some covers for everyone to listen to, but I can't play and sing at the same time well enough to save my life. So, if you can play or sing, we should collaborate and record our greatness. :]

Who I'd like to meet:

Michael's music was a big part of my life. I grew up listening to him. It's a shame that he physically is not here anymore, but his spirit and inspiration to the music industry will stay alive forever. Long live the King of Pop, for he will never truly die as long as we keep him in our hearts.
