Putting ketchup on lots of food.
Road trips to just about anywhere. I love the loud music and drink and treat stops.

Taking pictures.
Talking on the phone. I do that a lot.
Listening to talk radio of the reality-based persuasion.
Pretending that I am creative and going to the craft store to look for new projects that I will probably never finish.
Drinking red wine or a good cocktail.
I love sitting around with my friends and family. Or by myself. Relaxing out on the porch with a good book is great. I love going to the coffee shop and snuggling up on the couch with a house coffee and my laptop.

I love movies, so it is hard to name favorites. I have loved The Princess Bride since I was a kid, so that is kind of my all-time favorite. Garden State, The Royal Tenenbaums, Clue, Young Frankenstein, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, I Heart Huckabees, 40 Year Old Virgin, most of the comic book movies...
Television
Most of the TV shows I love are off the air: Home Movies, Sex in the City and Arrested Development.
My can't-miss shows that are on the air: The Office, 30 Rock, Lost, Desperate Housewives and Metalocalypse.
Books
Atlas Shrugged, The Princess Bride and The Time Traveler's Wife are my top three. I also love autobiographies - especially from Augusten Burroughs and David Sedaris at the moment. I love reading, and I am usually carrying around a book that I am having a hard time putting down.
I am an incomparable blend of culture and immaturity. I frequent art museums and karaoke bars. I enjoy wearing t-shirts, jeans and sneakers and listening to talk radio. I like drinking wine and reading comic books. I love cartoons and politics. I am married to a wonderful man named Levi who does not seem to mind when I jump on the bed in my jammies.
We just moved to the Washington DC area and live in a cute little duplex in Alexandria, Virginia.
My favorite color is yellow and my favorite animal is the owl. Particularly the snow owl. My favorite food is sushi, or anything with tomatoes and avocados. And that's all you need to know.
In my spare time, I like to take road trips and explore new places. Lucky for me, we move around a lot so I always have strange places to discover.

He absolutely was the funniest nicest guy ever. His stand up was freaking amazing and after the show when he was COMPLETELY freaking surrounded by people he still took pictures with anyone who wanted them and wasn't irritated at all... I'm so freakin stoked we got a picture with him!

i am here for about 6 more monthes. i think i am going to reenlist for the lpn course so i can get out with something. i have been taking some classes here and they are going great. i am hoping that after i go to school for lpn i get stationed on the east coast but we will see. i hope we can meet up again. when is levi going to run for president???
