Allmost by luck,the band came together during the Fall of 2003.Experimentation and many afternoons full of improvisation in the studio of the Lixurian University were the basic elements for the outset of the Leopold s Mutant Consience trio.After the first recordings in the studios of the concert hall of Athens with the participation of Kathleen in the flutes in the late December of 2003,Antuan joined the band giving a more bluesy sound to the compotitions with his harp and his voice.An important arrival for the band took place in the December of 2005 when Tamara(also known as Kabutheck)decided to leave Paris for a while and join us in Kefallonia.Tamara gave to our sound a more pop rock air using her voice,her ideas and of course with her stage perfomances for almost a year until she left us for a taller guy.Since then the band tried to re-experiment with sounds from the post vocabulary,the blues and groovy esthetic,even the classic rock and jazzy sounds under a new name:the 9miles.

Χωρίς εμμονές σε συγκεκριμένα μουσικά είδη, οι τρεις Γερμανοί (δύο κύριοι και μία κυρία), καταφέρνουν να συμπυκνώσουν τους Rancid, Jesus Lizard, Wipers, Oxes, Boredoms, Helmet, Drive Like Jehu, Built For Spill, Versoma και ένα σωρό άλλους σε κομμάτια με μέσο όρο συνθέσεων τα 79 δευτερόλεπτα….

Υποβοηθούμενος από περίεργες μαεστρίες και πατέντες, με τη χρήση triggers, synths, distortion pedals και μικρόφωνων επαφής, παρουσιάζει ένα solo drums performance που σπάνια έχει την ευκαιρία να παρακολουθήσει κανείς! Με επιρροές από τη σχολή των Hella και Lightning Bolt έως αυτή του Super Mario και του Metroid μας βάζει στον κόσμο της 8bit πραγματικότητας της αθώας εποχής των video games….

Αγαπητοί φίλοι και φίλες, κυρίες και κύριοι,
Αυτό το Σάββατο, 23 Μαΐου, παίζω ζωντανά στο Kinky Kong (Αβραμιώτου 6-8, Μοναστηράκι - πάνω από την Αθηνάς). Τη βραδιά αυτή όπως και την προηγούμενη παίζει εκεί ο Καναδός Tim Hecker, ο οποίος, για όσους δεν γνωρίζουν, είναι ένας από τους σημαντικότερους μουσικούς της ambient/noise την τελευταία δεκαετία. Έχει κυκλοφορήσει δίσκους σε εταιρίες όπως Kranky, Alien8, Mille Plateaux, Fat Cat, Staalplaat και Force Inc. ενώ έχει συναργαστεί με τους Isis, τον Kid606, τον Pole, τον Francisco López, τον Aidan Baker και άλλους. Η μουσική του μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί ως "cathedral electronic music". Αυτά τα λένε όλα νομίζω.
Να ενημερώσω ότι θα υπάρχει στο μαγαζί το ολόφρεσκο άλμπουμ μου με τίτλο "Wired & Mirrored" όπως και δύο ολόφρεσκιες κυκλοφορίες μου οι οποίες περιλαμβάνουν: η μία ό,τι έχω κυκλόφορήσει μέχρι σήμερα (2005 - 2007) και η άλλη ό,τι δεν έχω κυκλοφορήσει (2000 - 2006)... Γενικά όλη η μουσική μου από το 2000 μέχρι το 2007, σε mp3 (320 kbit/sec).
Τέλος, πληροφοριακά, τον Ιούνιο κυκλοφορώ σε 12" βινύλιο τον δίσκο μου "Repeated in an Indefinitely Alternating Series of Thoughts" από την αγγλική Entr'acte συμπαραγωγή με την ελληνική Absurd.
