Angelo Paolo Billi aka DJ Angelo Billy, was born in Avezzano on 28 June 1973.
He began his career as a DJ in 1987 in radiomegamix creating a rudimentary Teach, and true its masterpieces of dance sequences.
He made his debut in the young world of night clubs as a second Dj at the Disco Club Sturdust Its success is fast and unstoppable.
Perfects his technique with vinyl and with the first tape drives broadcasters radio. Acquired a national reputation when arrived in the exclusive club of the Adriatic coast,
Northern Ireland, and the capital, and always offering constantly selections of high-quality and high impact on track. Performs in Northern Europe,Miami,New
York and in any place where it is trendy.
In 2002 started his career as a producer with some national and international labels (Alternative UK route, Climax UK recordings, EM records).

After long time experiments in the minimal and techno field, ICS – the mad scientist does it again. A powerful track designed to make the crowds go mad involving percussion, raw vocal cuts and an extremely heavy bassline.
