Ashley (Nicole) Williams is Houston's R&B Sensation. Born May 28th 1986 in Bryan,Tx; Migrating to Houston's southside at the age of three. Ashley has been singing since the age of five; She began perfoming/leading the choir at school and church at the age of nine. She continued to show case her talent through out Jr. High and High School at different school programs. This 2004 Jack Yates Alumni has an elecrtic group of musical influences. Whitney Houston, Missy Elliot, Judy Garland and Beyonce' are just a few of the artist that contribute to Ashley's versatility. It is her versatility that allows her to make the transition from opening for the R&B elite such as Musiq Soulchild along with Rickylee and Eyes on tha Prize, to featuring on songs with kings/queens of Houston's underground rap scene such as Killa Kyleon( Purple Punch), Kiotti( Almost Famous), Troublesum, Fiya, Surreall (Diva Remix), Kenika(Diary of a Hood Chick) and Yung Redd( Slab Holiday Remix). With the recent release of The R&B Sensation Vol.I, Ashley Williams demonstrates her ability to take ownership of R&B, Pop, Soul, Hip Hop, and Reggae soundscapes effortlessly. Ashley's internet buzz had a strong start on myspace.com. Through consistent delivery of quality material she has also developed a following on hear-it-first.net, jumpoff.tv, therundown.tv, swavet.com as well as youtube.com. Young S.A.M.M(Break Dem Boyz Off Productions) is the producer responsible for Ashley's core body of work. She has also worked with other leaders of the new school such as DSF and Cy Fyre.
