The point is Progression, in its definition and its purpose, or functional means. Everyone grows and if you don't, then you are the weak ones that nature intended not to let you survive. Yet not at the physical nor the mental aspects but a combination where a person can grow both in physical Strength (for one aspect of reality)and a mental/Meta-physical aspect or rather a soul (the inner workings of the mind). It is through Focus and practice that one battles oneself to survive any obstacle within your own psyche, because In Ones own mind is the only place that one can ever be in peace and silence (tranquil controlled calmness-Aiki in a sense).
I am progressing and seeing where this training and this Body that holds my soul, can take me and what destiny and free will, when they clash, have in store for me....
