AlphaTrion began spinning in 2000 with admirations of being a battle DJ. Within a year he had been pulled into the Southeast Drum & Bass scene and began spinning that genre. During this time he played several venues and released one CD, In the Shadow of Leaves. After making a mix of b-boy breaks for friends, he was asked to play a b-boy competition in 2004. Since that time he has become a mainstay in the Atlanta b-boy scene. Outside of funk, hip-hop and breaks, AlphaTrion also spins electro, baltimore club, baile funk, rock, 80s and various other genres.
