Anderson. Did I ever tell you I walked right past Ben Folds and didn't know it?
About ten years ago when I lived in Australia, a buddy of mine worked for a youth radio station known as Triple J. He invited me to come down to see him one night and so I did.
It was close to midnight when I arrived (my buddy worked the late shift) and as I walked through the revolving doors out front, a man was coming out at the same time. We glanced at each other and both went on our ways.
When I got upstairs, my buddy asked me if I saw Ben Folds as he had literally just left before I arrived. "Ben who?" says I. And after a brief glance of disbelief, my buddy dedicated the next Ben Folds song he played on the air for me.
And the moral of this story is: Know your rock stars. Because you never know when you'll walk right by them.
Happy birthday, Anderson. Make sure you hit the town today like I know you're going to! Drinks would be on me if I were there. Celebrate in style, man.
You are so lucky to be in New York, since Obama won all I have heard is racist things, what a joy it is to live in the south...ugh oh and hope all is well up there
Anderson. First and foremost. I'm drunk. And when I say drunk. I mean beyond the definition of drunk. Just wanted to say hello and peace and all the grandness. Things should be well with you. And if they are not. Think of Vodka, cranberry juice, and grapefuit juice. Goodnight!

Edward III. King of England. Born November 13, 1312.
He enjoyed an unprecedented popularity during his lifetime. While some say he was an irresponsible adventurer, others compared him to the fabled King Arthur himself.
This calls for a celebration of only the finest drinks if you ask me.
