People and artists who have influenced me in my life would be people like Michael Jackson, Tevin Campbell, Stevie Wonder, Jesse Powell, Boyz II Men, Justin Timberlake, Jon B, Mariah Carey, and so many others. Inflences play a "HUGE" part in who I am and define myself to be as an artist. If you listen to most of my songs, you can hear a little bit of style from these select few artists, mixed with my own style. This creates the artist known as Andrew Carpenter.

Andrew Carpenter, one of many voices in the world today but still he fights to get his lone voice heard. At a young age, Andrew was always singing, anywhere he went whether it was walking to school or even just sitting around the house. Andrew had a nitch for singing other peoples songs and sounding like or mimicing them. He soon found out that he was to find his OWN voice and sound because the Industry he wanted to become a part of was full of change, full of originality, full of individual style. Time passed and Andrew recorded his FIRST song entitled "Feel This Way" and first duet "Something's Going On". This paved the way for a future of traveling and recording other songs. Andrew, came to be known as "Another Voice", a name he came up with to keep himself humble but still show his poetic side. After recording almost 18 songs in total, he had explored several states and countless people that helped him open his eyes to who "ANDREW" really is.
Today, Andrew writes and vocally arranges his own songs, and eventually wants to produce as well. Besides music, he also does graphic design. It's his goal to try and cut out the middle man because he feels that, if HE can get things done for himself, then there's no need to have someone else do it for him. A STRONG MINDED, INDIVIDUALY DRIVEN artist is where "ANOTHER VOICE" stands today! You can find him anywhere from YOUTUBE to MYSPACE to GOOLE. Only time will open the destiny that Andrew has ahead of him but I have a feeling that it's sooner than he thinks! Come be a part of Andrew's journey from now, to forever...
