Birthplace: Small town in Washington State

College: Washington State University, Bachelors degree in Business Administration - Accounting

Husband: My high school sweetheart. Met our sophomore year, started dating our senior year. Married when I was halfway through college at the age of 20. We have our issues at times just like any normal married couple, but he will always be the love of my life. The longer we are together the more I love him. He is a wonderful husband and an even better father to our children. I fall in love with him again every time I see him with our kids. Children: Three. Daugther Tyler (Daddy's Princess), Austin (our comedian) and Jesse (our surprise baby!) They are my precious gifts from God, my inspiration and always cheer me up after a stressful day at work!

Parents I have two wonderful parents who are still married and act more like teenagers/newlyweds every year. As their daugther it is a bit disturbing at times to see them so "lovey-duvey", however I'm thankful they are still so in love with one another and pray my marriage will be the same after more than 30 years! Growing up I remember thinking my parents were mean and too strict at times. However now that I'm grown, have children of my own and have been around others in my work and personal life that were not as fortunate to have parents like mine, I am so very thankful. They have both taught me more than they'll ever know and I pray I'll raise my children to be responsible adults as they did.

Siblings: I have one younger brother of whom I am very proud. I still have trouble not thinking of him as being 12 years old at times, though. He is a wonderful man and I just wish I was able to see him more often.

Church: I belong to small house church. We are six families that get together on a weekly basis to eat, worship, pray and fellowship together. We also get together throughout the week for others things as well (Three of our children have been on a t-ball team the past two years which is coached by two of the dads from our church) They are family to me and I know I can always rely on them and trust them with anything. I've grown closer to not only them but to God in the past 4 years since we started meeting this way. I thank God for all of them.

Work: I currently work in Accounting for a technology firm. I originally worked Mergers & Acquisitions, but have recently moved to the Real Estate & Facility department. I absoultely LOVE my new position and no longer have the crazy month end and quarter end hours I used to deal with! Prior to this company I worked for a large national homebuilder for 7 years. Prior to that I worked in a large Public Accounting company. I received my CPA certificate in Arizona, but work in California now. I don't plan to move it over though as I don't plan on going back into Public Accounting. It was good for my resume, but I'm thankful I'm done!
