Ah Music, The Universal Language. I have loved it all my life. I am Linda Carrico from Va now residing in Orlando .
...been here in Fl since 89. Amazingly Robbie Carrico - a cousin from Beckley, moved to Titusville and here we are the Carrico's within an hour apart !!
Robbie could be a twin to my brother John!! Hoping we are going to see each other at some point and have a FAMILY REUNION !!
What you are hearing right now is some new music I have written and performed on my Korg . I am a keyboard player and pianist. I studied music a few years in college and have worked with some fine artists over the years like Lee Dorman (a bass genius) of Iron Butterfly, Erik Braunn whom I helped start his very first website before his death a few years ago. He was a wonderful person and friend, not to mention Legend. Don Bonzi , guitarist on these songs is one of the best guitarists around. Did a little cameo spot for Mick Fazz, Critical Mass a coupld of years back.
My biggest thrill was meeting Alan Stein, Bryan Adams attorney in the early 90's who had been sending my music to Roger Avery (the gogos producer).
Roger and Alan wanted me to go to Jilliard a while , but with two little ones at home it was an easy decision that Fame could wait.
Alan was my biggest inspiration in my continuing to write and NEVER GIVE UP !
He said that should I sing it wouldn't take long to break into the industry, but
writing music would take a little longer. He is a brilliant man.
So I am searching for a label , producer , or collaborator . My interersts are writing music for Movies and Games. SO HELLO OUT THERE, put ME to work!!
