Apryl hi this will be short, because i have tons of homework to finish soon, but i just wanted to say Hi and that i got your message today, sorry i didn't write earlier, i was away in New Orleans, we were there with my church helping to rebuild people's homes and lives, it was such a blast, i feel closer to God than ever, and i was able to serve and felt so used by God, it was challenging and life changing the trip i mean it was simply amazing like one of my older guy friends said :))
running is on a stand still, i got a problem on my foot, first it was a blister, then a callous now i have eczema my doctor told me yesturday to wait 2-3 weeks before i can run again :( so please keep me in prayer that i can run again soon! all marathon dates are on hold too!
And i def. will pray for your problems, bring it all before the Lord, he is a BIG God he can heal you from anything or from any broken relationship, remember you are loved by God and by me Apryl! you are so sweet to write to me, i've missed you!

p.s. please wish me luck and pray that I CAN DO this new goal..i have goals of running and i work out and train for a 5K in late April and half marathon on June 28th..i am really excited but i am pacing myself, if i do the 5K successfully and feel good about it then i'll do the half marathon we'll see :) But i know with God anything is possible! when i started jogging i could only run 1 min and 30 secs TOPS 3 weeks ago! today i was able to run 5 minutes and 20 secs! i tripled my speed i think!
