About me: I am an artist, writer, teacher, seeker, spouse, mother, bibliophile and autodidact...
I divide my time between my homestead in the beautiful mountains of Cameron County, PA and my studio in the creative mecca of Floyd, Virginia. My homestead in the mountains gives me the solitude to refresh my soul. My studio in Floyd, VA gives me the wonderful community of kindred spirits to encourage my creativity.
I feel like I have all these paintings just bubbling up in me, that I need to share with like minded people. Like the poet Rumi said, "Hundreds of thousands of impressions from the invisible world are eagerly wanting to come through you! I get dizzy with the abundance."

Yeah, I know. I must not have changed it on my profile page. I work at the pa faire and they come there every year. They are just awesome. I am a face painter at the faire and have been for 12 years. I dont know if you remember but I set up a couple of times at 4QF usually at Drum and Splash and I helped out at Body Tribal in 2005. I have'nt been there for 2years. Hope to get there maybe this year.

Hi Pat - we just got back from the Live & Learn unschooling conference and Kelly Lovejoy told me to tell you and your family "HI!" She is still planning to move to Floyd in a few years. It was a great week for us - I hope your summer is winding down happily, too.
