Austin Grill aims to bring a slice of the city it was named for to the Rockville Town Square scene with fantastic food prepared entirely from scratch in house daily (you won't find any microwave ovens here!) AND the addition of a LIVE MUSIC STAGE featuring the areas best local talent as well as national touring singer-songwriters and bands.
Sadly, recently we've had to scale back our live music to only a few select shows. We are located in the new heart of Rockville, smack in the middle of the Town Square. Our venue is supported by plenty of garage parking directly behind and metered parking right in front. We welcome ALL AGES ALL THE TIME and there are NO COVER CHARGES! although... minors may be restricted to the restaurant area during shows where the bar area is 21+. Be prepared to show proper ID to enter the bar/stage area and of course, to sample our fine tequilas, margaritas, sangrias or other adult libations.
Whether you come for the music or the food, you'll want to check our HAPPY HOUR Monday 2pm - close, Tuesday through Thursday 2pm -7pm and 10pm to close, Friday 2pm - 7pm and all day Sunday; in the bar area only. Also featuring nightly specials. Stop in and ask your bartender for details!

It is with mixed emotions that I announce I will no longer be involved in the music bookings here at the Rockville location. I have had a wonderful time working with everyone and will miss you all dearly. Thank you one and all for your hard work and all the great shows that have past and are yet to come!!! I hope you have enjoyed working with me as much as I have you.
However, I'm excited to continue on with Austin Grill in a new capacity and especially excited to introduce you all to Jenn McCloskey who will be taking over the responsability of booking the live music not only at this location, but at all 4 of our locations that offer live music. I've had the pleasure of working closely with Jenn for some time now and I assure you all that she is a FANTASTIC person to have at the helm. I know you will all enjoy working with her as much as I have.
Great news to share...or, I should say, "show." LocalPointTV.com has just posted two live performances they taped a few weeks ago during our semi-acoustic show at the Austin Grill in Silver Spring.
One live performance is of the song "Antenna" which you may have heard quite a bit recently on WTMD (89.7 fm / www.wtmd.org). The other performance is for the new song "The Red Line."
