Austkrigar was formed by Arnjeir early 2005 as a one man project.
Between Mars '05 and June '05 Arnjeir made 3 songs for a demo.
These 3 songs got recorded during the summer in Skoddeheim Studio.
Trond F. Helland of Helland participated on the text and vocals.
The demo saar... ...boldvatn... ...dod got released in 20 copies 25th of September 2005.
The demo got good response by people who listened to it.
Arnjeir started making material for an album early 2006.
In Mars the composing was going good.
Early May all songs was composed, and Arnjeir started recording the 8 tracks for his debuth album.
Arnjeir decided to use Trond F. Helland to do vocals on the 3 songs that had been on the demo.
Arnjeir did the vocals on the other songs.
