Bigga Rankin, started performing as a DJ in Chicago, Illinois in the early eighties, playing strictly reggae. In 1986, Bigga Rankin moved to Jacksonville and the city has never been the same. The super stardom turning point in Bigga Rankin's career and the Jacksonville Music Scene came in 1990 when Bigga incorporated his love for Hip-Hop into his playing selection.
