BAND PAY: (as of 01/2009) We guarantee $150 & a %percentage% of sales...Reason: If you market, bring in a crowd or keep a crowd, the sales increase as well as your payout... Remember: If the bar doesn't have business and is not making money...it can't pay out whats not coming in! We know you understand that, its business!! BAND POLICIES: **Bands are expected to tear down equipment immediately after their set is over and be out of the club by 2:15am. **No more than 1 ten-minute break per hour of play is expected... Breaks can be combined. **Absolutely NO excessive alcohol consumption while on stage or you will be asked to leave without payment and not be asked back!!! **Do NOT congregate outside the back door with your friends, if you wish to "hang out" with people other than the band members please go out front! (TABC frequently checks the back of the building). **The back door is for loading and unloading ONLY. If you are caught letting someone in the back door you may be prosecuted. We are very SERIOUS about this! **Please no more than 2 circulations of the tip jar in any one given show. However, leaving it on stage is allowed!!. Thank you!!!!!!
