the weather today was muggy, slow, hazy
and i am not feeling too bright or positive
constant think and double-think
the whirring of wheels going nowhere
reflection of past actions that cannot be changed
that are meaningless anyways, yet consume so much thought
memories again that sieze the present
and cause me to freeze in inaction
calculation upon calculation
of future actions to be taken
rationalization upon rationalization
revision upon revision
whose move is it, anyway?
I am a collection of characteristics
Both physical and mental
That makes me completely unique

Is exactly like me
And I realize that not everyone
Who crosses my path
Will be interested
In what I have to offer
But my strength comes
From the belief

With all this hot weather we have been experiencing, let's take a picnic lunch then spend the afternoon laying on the grass and let the gentle breezes, rippling waves and scent of the flowers lull us into nap. I'll meet you there. :):)
Hello! I have been trying to reach you to let you know that I was thinking about YOU and keeping YOU in prayer today. It has been very hot here but we have seen a little drop in the temperature.. Thank God for all the rain showers and thunderstorms.. We are still in very much need of more rain here in Georgia..... It doesn't matter how many storms we have in life, Jesus is ALLways the sunshine in it, in every situation..On Him we can depend.. With Love and prayers for a beautiful tomorrow.
Nature holds such fascination, beauty and for me memories. I sometimes associate certain flowers with people or places. When I see hollyhocks my mind drifts to my grandmother's garden. The sunflowers I associate with my grampa, he always grew them to save for the birds during the winter. I wonder if these two little sweeties are making memories... :):)

I hope you enjoyed your weekend. :) We had a bit of rain here but, otherwise the weather was sunny and bright. I spent some of it stringing copper wire to a tree limb. LOL My dad is a ham radio operator and when he starts calling me his orangatan I know he wants me to either climb his radio tower or a tree, this weekend it was a tree. hehehe

The weather is still beautiful here. There is a gentle breeze drifting off the bay which is making it wonderful for spending time outside. I spent most of today pulling weeds from between the flagstone. The way my back is feeling right now from bending over, I'm glad I don't have to walk on all fours. hehehe
This evening when I close my eyes, I think I'll take a walk through this quaint little village. With all the flowers in bloom I bet the scent is heavenly.

The weather here is beautiful today. I'm noticing these peacocks are looking for a shady spot to lay. So are my animals at home. It's not quite noon yet but, I'm hoping to finish up some documents and join them under the trees. :):)

The weather here has been wonderful, I spent a good portion of the weekend outdoors. I just love this time of year.
I had these wonderful, friendly souls come for a visit they only stayed long enough to look around and have some water but, they will be back again soon. :):)

Hello Sweet Friend!
I have been outside with my grandson rocking and watching the birds at the bird bath...Most are blue jays...I think they are keeping the other birds away..I don't know where so many blue jays came from. I have really enjoyed taking care of my grandson each day...And Yes, I have spoiled him tremendously.. The Lord has blessed beyond measure, and I know I have days that don't feel I have a lung problem, but then there are days that I know theres a problem, but either way, God is with me..I have been able to do many things AFTER my grandson goes home but God is ALLways blessing. My flowers are in full bloom and I have almost all of my flower beds cleaned out...Yeah!!!! After not being able too for a very long time, I have been able to accomplish that..Just taken me longer than it use too...But we all know, we do what we have to do...If I have to weed 20 minutes and then come in, so be it...Some days I have been able to hold out er...In about 3 weeks we will be going on vacation, and I sooooo looking forward to that....There will be about 25-30 going, so I am sure we will all have a good time...My grandson has been very sick with double ear infection and wheezing and crackling in the lungs...We have had so much smoke and it has really took its toll on some people including me, my little boy and grandson......Have a most beautiful, sunny day..It is suppose to be in the 90's today...
