About me: I am organising a 2nd Beatles festival in Moville Co Donegal. It will be on the 18th, 19th and 20th of July, 2008. It is Ireland's only BeatlesFest. It will take place in 7 of the pubs in the town and there will also be at least one performance outside during the Festival.

The main hotel here is €55 a night. B&B here tends to be about €30 a night. The hostel is €15 and the camping is €10.
Who I'd like to meet: Beatles fans and Beatles musical acts who would be interested in playing the BeatlesFest. Although I wouldn't say no to tribute bands I would prefer bands who love the Beatles and could put together a set of Beatles songs either for the main square or for the pubs which are of varying sizes. This formula worked very well at our recent DylanFest as the bands came mainly for the craic, brought people with them and stuck around for the rest of the DylanFest.

hey gerry, just wanted to say again what a great weekend the beatlefest turned out to be, we had such a blast. the music was great.i love john paul george and bill. we got the dvd last week, its great! who is that handsom devil being interviewed at the end,any ideas??!!

Thanks for your comments. The top slots in the Friends are for people who want to play the BeatesFest down as far as Sanzskrit. Then there is Declan O'Rourke followed by some of the people who are helping at the BeatlesFest.
