And I'm a huge movie buff. I think the rest is apparent from the entries above. | | Music | I have a wide range of tastes. It really depends on what day it is. My top three genre picks are Classical, Disney, and musicals (not necessarily in that order). I'm not such a big fan if rap and country, although there are exceptions to that rule (i.e. I love the Dixie Chicks!). I also have a wide selection of movie soundtracks. | | Movies | Moulin Rouge has been and always will be my favorite movie of all time. Recently I saw a good one called "The Illusionist" with Edward Norton that was great - check it out. OMG! There's one huge omission above - Pirates of the Caribbean! | | Television | Colbert Report is No. 1 with me these days - I've got it on my iPod all of the time. I'm very excited about Season 7 of American Idol. Also, see my picks under "About Me" above. | | Books | Robert Jordan's "Wheel of Time" series, George Martin's "A Song of Fire and Ice" series, and Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles. I am Harry Potter. | | Heroes | First and foremost, my grandpa and my Dad. They are the smartest people I have ever known and I mean common sense-smart. They've equipped me with critical thinking and life skills that they don't teach in schools anymore. Also, my voice teacher from Sac State, Claudia, taught me so much about being a professional vocalist and artist. There's no one else I would rather have had as my instructor. |

About me:
My name is Becky Mark. I'm 24 and I live in Sacramento CA. I graduated from Sac State in December of '06. I love movies, mainly of the sci-fi, comedy, fantasy, and musical varieties. Some of my favorites include Star Wars, The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Moulin Rouge, anything Monty Python, and Amadeus. The same goes for TV: I love Star Trek (including Enterprise), Arrested Development, Family Guy, and Lost.
Any lovers of Ewan McGregor should definitely contact me - I could talk about him for hours.I have also recently become quite obsessed with Stephen Colbert and Jon Stewart.
I am currently an Office Technician with the state of California. Now that I have a steady job, I am hoping to move out of my parents' house this year and into an apartment with one of my best friends in the whole world.
I am an avid reader (mostly of anything to do with the above categories) and would love to hear some of your suggestions.
