EXPT stock, April letter states 10 million shares bought by insiders of company, stock sites show no insider trading, pink sheets have lower standards for reporting, a lot of insider buys going unnoticed. This stock has a low price because of sentiment for a sector, nothing to do with how the company is actually functioning. April 2008 200% increase over April 2007, 07 worth btw. $70-$120 a share, today a fraction of a penny.
