Flipside Theatre Company	Oct 3 2007 4:34 PM AUDITIONS FOR ADAPTATION Flipside Theatre Company will be holding auditions for Adaptation by Elaine May directed by Jacob Plante on Saturday October 27th 2007 at 1:30 pm at Saint Patrick Theatre inside the Saint Patrick Senior Center located at 58 Parsons Street Detroit MI 48201. Please go around to the back door and ring the buzzer to be let in. You do not need to have anything prepared, asides from the script will be provided for cold readings. Production dates are December 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th 2007. Rehearsals are tentatively set to begin on Wednesday November 7th 2007. 18 and older. If you have a head shot and resume please bring them. Flipside's company improv troupe 'Flipside Improv' will be performing their debut show coming up this Saturday August 25th 2007. The show will consist of Short Form Games, an intermission, and then a set of Long Form improvisation. Performing as ensemble members of Flipside Improv are some of Detroit's finest improvisers, the cast consists of: Bonnie Charette, Patrick Cronin, Stephanie Hillier, Megan Laesch, Jacob Plante, Gary Lehman, Kenneth Wood. A gripping comedy, described as “a play that defines a generation” that you won’t want to miss along with the plethora (I believe 7 others, but 7 constitutes a plethora right?) of other plays at the Box Fest at the Planet Ant Theatre in Hamtramck. Friday, August 10 8 – 10 p.m. Sunday, August 12 3 – 5 p.m. Admission is $10 (but remember that’s for a plethora of plays! It’s $1.25 per play, what a deal!)
