In July of 2006 the band DRAGENFLY parted ways with the departure of the bands drummer, guitarist and bass player. The remaining members Pat McGrain - Lead Vocals - formerly with Third Rail and Wrath ; Adam Schmitt - Guitar/Vocals - formerly with Ded Red and Scenario, decided they would continue on with writing and performing great music. After an extended period of time the band recruited Aaron Chapman - Bass - formerly with Strawberry Square and Blue Steel ; and John Miller - Drums/Vocals - formerly with Abstract and still Rockin' with Panic Effect. In September of 2007 former Dragenfly Guitarist Tom Klein returned to the area from the west coast and joined on with the band for an extended period and decided to return to the west coast in November of 2008. In July of 2008 the band parted ways with John Miller and brought in Mykel Z. Alekzanderh to bang the skins.
CAUSTIC BURN is all about the live, high-energy, and entertaining show which includes a balanced mixture of original and covers from bands like AC/DC, Motley Crue, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Cheap Trick, OZZY, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin, UFO, Quiet Riot, and more.... A great band to see live so don't miss them at a venue near you.
