Celerity is only 21 years old and well on his way to a professional career in drum and bass, with a strong musical background in electronic dance production as well as live performance music since the age of 17. Celerity has been performing and playing a part in the music media industry for years whether it be Production or Engineering or working for record imprint Black Reign Recordings before founding his own collective line Black Reign Ltd. Celerity has been grinding out one dance floor hit after another ever since he met up with Doppler from North Carolina when they were both at a radio gathering in 2008. Before that, he had worked with Sagona in a collaboration attempt "New Agenda", a Drum and Bass group founded by Sagona & Celerity in 2006. Although New Agenda is no longer a functioning group, the 2007 creation of Prayers for Elizabeth (the first major production by the duo) received massive DJ support from the likes of some of the biggest and most respected artists and DJ's worldwide including the likes of Concord Dawn, InsideInfo, and Proktah in his 2007 Underrated Artist Studio Mix. Many new pieces of work were produced but nothing stuck and eventually the crew went their own ways.
Celerity began touring 2008 as well and met many new faces and names along the path. Though very intrigued by his own artistry and work, when he returned from tour Celerity found that he missed the input of another in his work almost immediately. This spawned the partnership of Celerity & Doppler, which currently has fired out over 7 songs and are now working on big things with a clean new look and a variety of Professional Imprints such as Dangerous New Age, Icarus Audio, additional releases on previous labels Abducted Records, Ammunition Recordings and a future forthcoming Remix EP from the acclaimed Electro label 1031. 2008 proved to be a very big year for Celerity and his new Co Pilot Justin Doppler, but they are looking to expand and explore the drum and bass scene as much as possible and cannot wait to see what the 09 brings to the horizon. Celerity has been working for Black Reign Recordings for over a year and a half and recently has even taken the liberty of expanding the label's output with the addition of Black Reign Ltd. imprint with the help of Mike Brown original owner and founder of Black Reign Recordings. Be on the look out for multiple tours in 2009 being presented by Black Reign Ltd, Unc. Audio and Divine Elements Album Release Tour "The Greater Unknown".
