Your host is Hollywood celebrity actress/author Cheri Woods, a licensed real estate agent, so you can feel confident doing business with us.
No credit check or lease required, as you are a guest ("lodger") not a tenant.
Reservations can be made over the internet, through the mail, or in person.
We are the best kept secret in the entertainment industry for lodging in the Los Angeles area. All you need is your toothbrush and a bathingsuit!

*Unit is cleaned and general housekeeping items provided prior to check-in. There is no maid service or replenishment of items provided during your stay in order to maintain our low prices and to respect your privacy during your stay.
PARKING:
*Residential street parking 24/7. No fees, meters, restrictions, or permits necessary.
PETS:
*We understand your pet is a member of your family, so we welcome them here. Size does not matter, but we regretfully have certain "breed restrictions" due to liability issues, and for the safety of our other guests. Check with us if you are unsure if your pet comes under this catagory. If it does, we will refer you to a local residential "pet hotel."
*Although the entire property is gated for privacy, we recommend the 1 BR loft guest house for guests with pets, as it has its own private back yard.
SMOKING:
*We ask that smoking be restricted to outdoors. Both of our guest houses step out to patio areas w/ tables and chairs for your smoking convenience

VIEWING:
*Property is available for exterior viewing by appointment only. Interior guest house viewing available between guests only, in respect for guest privacy.
WARNINGS:
*Be aware of other advertisers who have plagiarized our ad by duplicating our layout and wording of our ad. We are the original, and not affiliated with any other advertiser or location.
*There have been reports of scam artists advertising rentals. Be aware of providing personal information on applications which could be used for purposes of identity theft. Make sure you are dealing with the owner of the property or their authorized agent.
*Hotels are finding a number of ways to increase their revenue , including additional fees for safes, amenities, energy surcharges, mini-bar restocking, and taxes. Guests are commonly charged these fees whether or not they use these services, which is billed on their credit cards upon check-out. There is currently a class action lawsuit filed against several hotel chains.
PRICE:
*Prices are less than a government per diem, perfect for extended stay business travelers, relocating employees, entertainment industry clients, or any other purpose. It is a cost-saving alternative to hotels or corporate housing chains. There are no taxes or hidden costs. NO DISCOUNTS are offered so do not ask, as units are so reasonable priced they stay booked, in that we often have to turn guests away!
*Single guest cottage is $70 night.
*1 BR loft guest house is $90 night.
Prices are based on up to double occupancy. Extra guests are $10 person per night. Children under 5 and pets are free (see "pet deposit.")
RESERVATIONS:
*Check with us re: availability prior to making your reservation. To secure a reservation, you must provide a NON-REFUNDABLE payment in full in advance for the nights you are reserving.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
*Paypal.com over the internet for instant reservation and confirmation. Add $5 per day handling fee.
*Hand delivery at the property address
*Mail a money order/cashier's check or personal check to the property address (must allow 14 business days for bank clearance for U.S. checks)
*Live dangerously, and wait until your arrival in town as we welcome last minute guests, but there is no guarantee of availability as all reservations are on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
CHECK-IN:
*Check-in is any time from 12:00 noon-9:00 PM (note: maid service may not be completed until 2:00 PM) You must notify us at least 24 hrs. in advance as to your arrival time.
*Late check-in fee is $25 after 9:00 PM, and $50 after 12:00 midnite. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCUSES.
*Responsible party must provide valid DMV ID or drivers license, and will be required to sign guest agreement (copy provided in advance via fax, upon request.)
*All guests must provide a $100 refundable cash security deposit to cover damage, theft, and/or keys.
*If you are bringing a pet, there is an additional $100 refundable cash pet deposit for damage.
*A $40 non-refundable cash cleaning fee for the single guest cottage or a $50 non-refundable cash cleaning fee for the 1 BR loft guest house is due upon check-in.
NOTE: All of the check-in fees must be paid upon check-in or you will forfeit your non-refundable reservation fees!
CHECK-OUT:
*Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to check-out as to your check-out time so that we can be available.
*Check-out is between 10:00 AM- 12:00 noon. Late check-out fee of $25 per each half hour takes effect at 12:01 noon. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCUSES.
*A walk-through will be done upon check-out, unless waived by guests. Your security deposit(s) are returned in cash to you at this time.
Note: For out of town guests who have an early flight, we use the "honor system" where keys can be left in the unit, the walkthrough conducted without your presence, and your deposit refunded to you via Paypal or by mail.
