Born and raised in the area Bay Area, Chil Will is focused on diversifying the hip-hop scene there by adding his own flavor of music to the scene! Chil Will released his first independent album "The Beginning" in 2003, an album for the people that fueled a buzz for the newcomer.

In early 2005 Chil Will released his second debut, All Frames of the Game, a burst from the underground with electrifying beats and snakeskin slick raps, drawing raves from across all seas. In 2006 Chil Will followed up with "Game Drastic" Featuring San Quinn, J Dash, Money Mon and CenterStage. This project presented an opportunity to the US with memorable interviews and performances on CBS Dothan, Alabama and FOX13 Memphis, Tennessee morning shows.
An international presents Chil Will receive a distribution deal in Southeast Asia through Broken Records/Mondo Distribution making his CDs available in every Tower Records store in the Philippines.
At a time where hip-hop has split and traveled in two different directions, Chil Will is fighting to bring the two extremes back together. Making music that maintains the integrity of the culture, while offering a universal appeal, Chil Will is bringing the art form back to its essence.
