Carman, loved the For Real For Now Concert in Mountain Home, Arkansas. I stayed with my uncle for a week and my cousin and I came to your concert there at Assembly of God. Shes a missionary and she loved the concert. There was a little boy that I talked to and prayed for sitting in front of me and he went forward for Salvation. Before you came out a guy came over to the front row and said to the little boys there "hey can you guys move over a seat cause Carman is going to sit here is that ok" ? They were like yaaaaa lol. and the one little boy turned around to me as I had been chatting with them. He said" Hey lady so are you jealous a little bit'? Everyone around us laughed. He had us in stitches before the concert. I was so excited to see him go forward and Give his heart to Jesus. GOD BLESS CARMAN((((((FOR REAL FOR NOW)))))))))). :):):)
Love the Christmas songs..Hard to get in the Christmas mood this year..We have no snow,,, always had a little dusting of it by now...But you Christmas songs did start a little turning in my heart in that direction..Got the Christmas lights up but no desire to turn them on yet..Maybe next week...

Hay Carmen thanks 4 the freinds reqest. Kind of wondered what you thought about the church at this day and age. I myself have kinda lost my interest in it. I've been involved in a few non denominational churches in the last 8 years or so. I was in one that fell apart after about 4 years. My step father and my Mother were the pasters. after that I slowley slipped away and back into the world. I've been praying alot but still can't seem to find something to grab onto. Pray 4 me would ya. Thanks .

I was heading in the wrong direction for a while. I started listening to your music and "Serve The Lord" was playing and I had this good feeling inside of me. The Holy Ghost was talking to me and saying: "Emily, get back on the correct path. You need me back in your life." It was the best feeling that I had ever had. I wish I could explain it but I really can't. Ever since that wonderful feeling I have been looking up scriptures and I'm becoming a witness at work. You know, I've been listening to your music my whole life (quite literally. My older brother got his copy of "The Champion" at one of your concerts before I was even born), but I have to say that "Blue Christmas" is the first honest to goodness Christmas song I've heard you do in a very long time. I vaguely remember some Christmassy rock kind of something that I don't even remember the title of... ahh... no offense taken at that I hope... more often than not, I have a bad memory.
But anyway, I say all that to say this: I LOVE your version of "Blue Christmas." I definitely picked up on the Sinatra-Martin vibe, and maybe even a little Bobby Darin in there, too. I'm a sucker for the classics. Thanks for sharing it! I hope this means you'll do a Christmas album someday? Maybe? Pretty please?
