During That Time, Celeste's Mesmerizing Vocals And Writing Ability Captured The Attention Of Rappers Ja Rule & Foxy Brown. Celeste's Was Featured On Ja Rule’s Hit Record, "Murder Reigns”, One Of The Singles From His Chart-Topping Album, "The Last Temptation." Celeste Also Proved She Had The Chops To Be A Songwriter With Her 1st Placement "I Need A Man,” The Single From Foxy Brown's Album "The Fever."
Soon After That Celeste Auditioned And Was Chosen By P. Diddy To Live In A House With Nineteen Aspiring Female Artists To Have Her Life Televised, As She Would Compete For A Spot In Danity Kane On Making The Band III. Shortly After Leaving MTB III, On A Bet From Another Singer/Songwriter Friend, Celeste Went To Audition For Season 5 Of American Idol. After Tireless Days In Lines And Several Auditions Celeste Won That Bet As She Was Told By Paula, Randy And Simon “Your Going To Hollywood”. Celeste Remained In The Competition Until The Last Day Of Hollywood Week. After Leaving American Idol Celeste Decided To Focus More On Her Songwriting. She Discovered That Not Only Did She Enjoy Songwriting For Other Artists But Also That She Had A Real Talent And Passion For It.
