As one of the founding members of the band Fish Relics, I have a number of solo work in progress which I am now posting to this site. There are aproximately 75 songs in the "can" as it were. I will rotate as neccessary. The other material belongs to my Fish Relics band, of which you can hear our music at the aforementioned MySpace site.
My passion is in playing keyboard (Yamaha Portable Grand DXG-205) and Young Chang baby grand piano (when appropriate). I am also a singer/songwriter (obviously). I have been playing keyboard and vocals since I was around 9 years old. I also attended piano lessons for 6 excruciating years before realizing that classical music by itself was too dry for my taste. After taking a hiatus for a time, I never stopped playing and writing new music. My inspirations are: Billy Joel / Kansas / Styx / Rick Wakeman / Jim Steinman / Foreigner / Jethro Tull as well as a host of other musicians from the 70's (ie: Little Feat) and 80's (ie: Depeche Mode). I was also in a number of musicals, such as "Billy Lawlor" (Lead) in 42nd Street, Carousel, Cats & West Side Story. My other passion is creative writing, whereas I am still working on that Great American Novel I keeps starting yet never have time to finish. I am married with a beautiful daughter who hates my kind of music, but loves me anyway.
Peace.
We've got this, like, awesome shows coming up with all these other, like, awesome bands and it would be, like, totally rad and, like, awesome if you could come along.

Sage Keffer .com PS Country legend, Lee Roy Parnell, just left me a great note. See my top blog. It's incredible to get such a great endorsement from him!
honestly, i'm a bit surprised you would take the time to write such a nice comment. most other bands don't, and i appreciate it a bunch. [hugs and cookies]
viscerae is a 2-man project, and unfortunately D is off in south america for the next few weeks, living in an area without electricity. since we're all synth-based [as you heard, i'm sure], you can imagine how much that affects us as a working unit. still, i'll be around and writing. i have a little writer's block right now , though. it's horrible.
hey what's going on? thanks for the compliments we really appreciate it. we're working on some new songs and are planning on recording in the near future so keep in touch and check them out when you get a chance
Thank you so much, I am trying hard to remain true to myself and still make great music. I really like ur music too... i respect anyone who puts themselves in their music. Its important to know who you are and not get lost in the crowd!!!
