Conversations with God...the life manual we've always wished we had; What the BLEEP Do We Know is the scientific equivalent of CWG; Ayn Rand's Atlas Shrugged and The Fountainhead; and the Harry Potter series of course.
Heroes
My parents definitely. They've been through so much, had so many medical problems, and they're still going. I hope I can do what they're doing when I'm in my 70's. Also my cousin Jeff. He's no longer here physically but he's had more of an influence on my life than anyone who is still here.
About me: I'm a walking dichotomy. Sun sign Cancer, day off the cusp of Gemini, moon in Libra and rising Aquarius....Gemini being the most predominant. You'll always hear me say..."Part of me says...". I'm logical & rational but not void of emotion, creative yet organized, fiercely protective of my friends and family, goofy & silly but know when to be serious, big time into health and taking care of myself and have no problem saying exactly what's on my mind. I say what I mean and mean what I say. I fully believe in being selfish in the GOOD way. I am not a doormat & constantly strive to encourage others not to be, teaching them to 'speak their peace'. You never know when something you say will make a difference in someone's life.
Who I'd like to meet: Mid 2009 Update: I'd like to meet people who actually use their brain to think and reason. I'd also like to meet people who are responsible for their behaviors instead of pawning excuses off.
