My mom - she rocks. she wasn't raised as a Christian and got saved later in life. But she always pointed me to Jesus, even when life was crappy at times.
My dad- he adopted me and I love him. He is one of the wisest people I know. If I want great advise, I know where to go.
Real Lifers - I love you guys so much. You've stolen my heart. And somehow I can't get it back. You guys are awesome. It breaks my heart to leave but we have to be obedient to God's call. About me: My husband and I were youth pastors and children's pastors for 12 years. And we have recently become pastors of a new church "Emerge Church". and we love it. We have 2 awesome little boys Brodie Hawk and Kjavik Eagle. And another on the way.....boy. (No name yet) God is awesome. And he grows more awesome every day.
I love people who go against the flow. That realize that this life is temporary and we are here to point people to Christ. Who realize they are not perfect, but don't use that excuse to flake out of living for and standing for Christ.Be who you are. Don't conform. Be original. Be True. Be Authentic. BE WHO GOD HAS CALLED YOU TO BE!!!!!!
Even though we resigned as youth pastors at Real Life at the end of March...I still love love love you guys. You are the best and God has awesome things in store for you. Barry and I are so proud of you and can't wait to see what awesome things you will do in the future.
And remember God is always there to hear your cry. He's only a whisper away. Believe it!!!
