In the year 2008 DISTANCE found their best and final line-up with Zyrus, a seasoned vocalist whose versatility and strength give DISTANCE the agressive edge they intended while keeping a firm base on melody.
Sobry (Guitars) and Jomer (Bass), from one of Madrid's top underground bands, Vertebral, stood up to the test proving that their awesome quality as musicians could help DISTANCE to preach their rare kind of musical madness.
However, DISTANCE's sound as conceived by Alfredo and Luis was not yet completed. The puzzle was finally finished when Ernesto (Synths and Keyboards and also member of Arkham Assylum) was asked to join DISTANCE as guest musician on various concerts. His original style and creativity was definitely an asset the band just could not ignore.
