Passend zum Sommer präsentiert das Projekt 42 einen richtigen Leckerbissen. 6 Köpfe, davon 2 x Gebläse und eine umwerfende Sängerin machen 60's Garage Soul. THE BUTTSHAKERS sind eine neue Soul-Band aus Südfrankreich mit Sängerin aus St. Louis (USA). Wer jetzt an den Soul aus der aktuellen Hitparade denkt ist schief gewickelt. Alle Bandmitglieder kommen aus Rock'n'Roll, Punk, Gospel oder 60s Garage-Gefilden und lassen die verschiedene Stile in eine SOUL-EXPLOSION erster Güte fließen! Die Dirtbombs haben sich die Buttshakers in Frankreich schon als Vorband gewünscht und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Und mit den legendären Bellrays haben sie auch bereits die Bühne geteilt. Ihre erste 7” (nur in Frankreich erschienen) war in Windeseile ausverkauft, aber zu ihrer ersten Deutschland-Tour gab es schon die zweite Single, und nach dieser super-erfolgreichen Tournee kommen THE BUTTSHAKERS im Juli wieder zu uns.
