Dabouge spawned from the band KJ SAWKA. Christa Wells,
Kent Halvorsen and Kevin (KJ) Sawka decided to take the
band into a new direction and give it a new name.
Dabouge was born.
The music still has the thick, rich club vibes of KJ SAWKA
but with a broader approach to melodies, vocals and popular
song arrangements. Thus, giving Dabouge a new audience,
culture & sound.
Sub Connectors was a smash single of of KJ Sawka's debut
album "Synchronized Decompression", which was a 1
Single on the global Seattle Radio Station KEXP, where it stayed at the top
of their electronic charts for all of January 2007.
