Greetings! My name is David Bellomo. I am a personal trainer, strongman competitor, and business owner from Central PA. When not working in my gym (MAXIMUM FITNESS) with clients, I am training for various strongman competitions. I created this myspace page to keep in contact with my clients from abroad, to teach a little fitness and strength to the masses, and to show off some of my products. The MAX Kettlebell is a revolutionary new way to work out. The Kettlebell has been around for nearly a century, and we are proud to have been able to fine tune the design to make it ready for worldwide deployment
I have trained actors, musicians, armed servicemen, police officers, and other people from all walks of life. I finally found a stretching program that works, without all the yoga, pilates lingo. My dad told me about it - believe it or not. His back was a total mess before he started
Beach season is right around the corner and I have some 'ab flab' to lose. I'll be doing the program below for the next few months. Heard about it through a trainer friend of mine.
Summer is coming and my butt needs some work before I put on a bathing suit. My sister tried the exercises below and got great results - I'm gonna use the same program starting next week.
