Thanks for the add David. It was a pleasure meeting you in N. Myrtle Beach, SC this past May for the Mayfest concert. It was a great show! I actually have a pretty good picture of us on my website at www.jdcash.us. Hope the book is doing well. Fred Vail keeps me posted from time to time.
Thanks for the add. Once saw the Beach Boys late '80's for a whopping $7.92. Cool part was it was middle of winter in the northeast but they set up a huge sandbox on the arena floor. Incidentally, I'm also a David Marks.
Aloha David.....the first concert i ever went to was David Marks and The Marksmen, The Kingsmen and The Beach Boys at the Sacramento Civic Auditorium which was recorded 'live' back in the 60's!! "Sheriff of Noddingham" is a great track! Come to Kauai and play it with us!! Can't wait to read your book. Thanks for being an inspiration. Ron Rhoades The TakeOffs Kauai, Hawaii
Hi David and Carrie.... Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed your track on the "Point Judith" CD. I love the Guitar tone in the intro. You'll have to let me in on the secret behind that guitar tone! Richie and I are honored to be on this great CD with you. Happy New Year to you both. Mitch Schecter
Hi David and Carrie... Great to hear that you have been appearing with Mike and Bruce. That's where you truely should be...playing with The Beach Boys onstage. All the best to you both. Mitch Schecter
Good to connect with you again, I haven't seen you for a few years. I hope you are doing well. Glad to see we can at least write each other through my space.
Hi David. Thank you very much for signing my book and answering my question during your book signing. It was great to sit at your table also during the hangout at Canter's afterwards. Looking forward to more of your great music!
Hey Dave, It was great having you on the show! Also great meeting you at the Rock Hall last week. Just finished the book. Wow, what a story you have to tell! I'm glad it has finally been told. Would love to have you on the show again sometime. -DK, host of the Island Time Radio Show
