Debo (pronounced “Day-Boh”, NOT like “deeebo” from Friday) comes from a unique and extremely musically talented family consisting of remarkable pianists, rhythmic drummers, ear-soothing vocalists, furious violists and even a DJ. Debo himself has had his share with singing, the clarinet and drum-set.
The journey as a producer began with his closest companions who were aspiring artists without any original instrumentals. After being bored with listening to them rap over beats that other people already made hits with, Debo decided to take action and begin making some himself. After conquering the basics, he finally spent quality time learning advanced and personal techniques to create a distinct sound that would naturally attract listeners throughout the hip-hop and R&B scene and around the world.
Although Debo has created hundreds (one day to be thousands) of instrumentals of many genres, he believes that “The road to success is always under construction.” Debo has already started the journey and looks to learn something new everyday about the craft of music to make sure that the trip does not end anytime soon!
