   About Deepest Sand
Le projet Deepest Sand est le fruit après pas moins d'une année de réflexion de l'union entre deux illuminés totalement opposés que ce soit par le fond ou par la forme... Un coup d'oeil à leurs influences respectives suffira pour vous en convaincre... Ces deux pôles vous proposent une ambiance particulière teintée d'influences rock / électro qui vous fera traverser les profondeurs de l'imagination de cette alliance inattendue... FLO --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Deepest Sand was borned in Brussel in August 2007, after a long year of reflection from its creators. The complications were from the differences of the state of mind of both protagonists, one being"electro" and the other "Hardrocker". But the result of this unexpected union was such a pleasant surprise that they have decided to share their experiment with others. Here it is.. Enjoy it as much as the members do.. For the latest XLR8R Podcast, Daly City Records label boss David Wang, better known as Mochipet, showcases many different sounds from his label (as well as the many different ways one can wear a purple jumpsuit). Starting with his own tracks, off his Master P on Atari release, Wang unrolls a mix of future bass, warped hip-hop, and crunked-out electro, weaving in cuts from Eprom, The Flying Skulls, Lupe Fiasco, and his own remix of Jamie Lidell's "Little Bit of Feel Good." And there's that take on "Thriller," from the unreleased and brilliantly titled Michael Jackson Loves Dubstep.
